Meet Sam!

With a strong background in IT innovation, cybersecurity, and software development, I specialize in modernizing business processes, driving digital innovation, and enhancing system security. As a first-generation American, I am passionate about serving the country that has provided so much for my family, which led me to work in the federal government as a CyberCorps Scholarship for Service recipient.

I graduated summa cum laude from NJIT with a MS in IT Administration & Security and a BS in IT with a Business minor, maintaining a 4.0 GPA in both programs. My career has spanned high-impact roles in the Department of Defense (DOD), the U.S. Space Force, and federal cybersecurity agencies, where I have developed secure applications, automated critical workflows, and enhanced digital infrastructure.

Currently, I support the U.S. Space Force in driving digital innovation and modernization initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency and advancing technology adoption. Previously, I worked as a software development contractor supporting the DOD, performing system administration and cybersecurity operations on mission-critical information systems. In my DevOps role at the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), I contributed to the development of a large-scale threat intelligence platform, integrating automation, security, and real-time analytics. Before public service, I was a Software Engineer at Optum – UnitedHealth Group, developing full-stack applications to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

I am driven by a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems, modernize legacy systems, and enhance security. With expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, automation, and software development, I thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments that demand innovation and technical excellence. Thank you for visiting my website!
